The West McDowell Lady Spartans track team defeated county rival East McDowell and East Burke in a track tri-meet Wednesday.
West scored 59 points and was followed by East McDowell (50.5) and East Burke (44.5).
Cheyenne Roberts pulled off an impressive double for the Lady Spartans by winning both the high jump and 100 meters. Other first-place finishers for West were Courtney Austin (shot), Sierra Westbrook (tie-long jump), Destiny Bartlett (tie-long jump), Chelsea Hobson (1600 meters) and Markia Stacey (100 meters).
Finishing second for West were Megan Morris (discus), Hobson (800, 4X400 relay), Bartlett (high jump), Madison Allendorf (4X400 relay), Amber Benge (4X400) and Sierra Morrow (4X400).
Third-place finishers were Tyler Windham (hurdles), Austin (discus), Allendorf (400), Amy Rodriguez (200), Benge (800) and Morrow (high jump).
Morris was fourth in the shot and Westbrook was fourth in the triple jump.
West will compete on the Foothills Conference meet May 4.
