Grace Baptist Church, located on Shady Lane, will have a revival through tonight at 7 p.m. nightly. Brother Daniel McMahan will preach Sunday through Tuesday, and Brother Gene Gouge, Wednesday through Friday. The choir will also perform nightly.
Heritage Baptist Church will hold a revival through tonight at 7 p.m. nightly.
St. Mark's United Methodist Church's men will hold a spaghetti dinner and concert, featuring Calvary's Touch Gospel Quartet tonight from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Donations will be accepted with proceeds going toward the church sign refurbishing project.
Pinnacle United Methodist Church, located at 1383 Pinnacle Church Road, will have a poor man's supper tonight from 4 to 8 p.m. Cost is $4 and includes pinto beans, potatoes, slaw, cornbread, tea and dessert. Proceeds will go toward the church's heating system.
Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church's women will hold a holiday bazaar tonight from 4 to 7 p.m., and Saturday beginning at 7 a.m. Items for purchase will include crafts, baked goods, jams and jellies, candies, desserts. A ham and chicken pie dinner will be available Friday at $6 for adults, $3 for children ages 6-12, and kids under 5 eat for free.
Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church will hold a harvest festival today from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.. Items for purchase will include crafts, a toy land, baked goods, an elephant room, clothing, baked goods, a soup and sandwich lunch, a raffle and door prizes.
Unity Full Gospel Church, located 58 Zion Hill Road, will have an all-you-can-eat breakfast for $5 on Saturday from 7 to 10:30 a.m. For more information, call 738-8266.
Providence United Methodist Church will have a fall bazaar Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. A pancake breakfast will be served from 7 to 10:30 a.m., and a hot dog/hamburger lunch will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. An auction will begin at 11 a.m. Items will include crafts, gift baskets, vendor booths, baked goods and more.
First Free Will Baptist Church's youth will hold a hamburger, hot dog and bake sale Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Parkers Chapel Church's ladies mission group will hold a poor man's supper Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. Cost is $5 for adults. A children's plate, consisting of hot dogs, chips, dessert and drink will be available for $3.
Solid Rock Free Will Baptist Church will have its monthly singing Saturday at 7 p.m. with Solid Ground, the Huffman Family and the Inmans.
Cross Memorial Baptist Church will hold a Genesis and Creation conference on Sunday at the 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. services. The church is located on West Tate Street.
Charity Mission Free Will Baptist Church will have a special singing Sunday at the 11 a.m. service with Joe Willis. The church is located on Deer Park Road in Nebo.
The Marion Christian Women's Connection will hold a luncheon Monday at 11:30 a.m. in the Marion Community Building. Cost is $9 and includes lunch. Clinchfield United Methodist Church, located on Ridge Road, will have a holiday bazaar on Friday, Nov. 21 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 22 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be Christmas decorations, crafts, gift baskets, baked goods and more. A chicken pie and ham supper will be available on Friday, and breakfast and hamburgers and hot dogs Saturday.
Old Fort United Methodist Church will have its annual bazaar and bake sale on Saturday, Nov. 22 beginning at 8 a.m. Crafts, canned and baked goods will be for sale.
Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church will hold a community-wide Thanksgiving prayer service on Sunday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. An offering will be taken up during this time for McDowell Mission Ministries. Also, a donation of non-perishable food items will be accepted for the food bank.
