Old Fort Vikings 24, Glenwood Dragons 20

The Old Fort Vikings claimed the Hounds playoffs title last Saturday, sliding past Glenwood 24-20 in a game that came down to the final seconds.
Skylar Williams accounted for all three Dragons touchdowns in the contest, including a season-long 72-yard run late in the first half.
Riley Harting scored twice for Old Fort, including the game winner, a 5-yard run with 3:07 left in the contest.
Williams came close to a fourth score when he helped drive Glenwood inside the Vikings 5.
But in the end, it was a total team effort by the Old Fort defense that kept Williams from scoring.
Vikings quarterback Chris Clayton also threw a touchdown pass to Dakota Effler in the contest.
Marion-Eastfield Bombers 12, P.G./North Cove Falcons 6

The Marion-Eastfield Bombers edged the P.G./North Cove Falcons 12-6 in overtime to settle for third place in the Hounds Division.
Matthew Horrocks scored a first-quarter touchdown to give the Falcons a 6-0 lead.
The Bombers answered with a 3-yard run from Dylan Cox late in the first half to even the score. Cox added a second score when he barreled in from 6 yards on the second play of the overtime period.
Marion-Eastfield was able to hold P.G./North Cove during the Falcons' possession in overtime. Tyler Banks deflected a pass attempt from Alex Estep on the final play.
Nebo Bears 34, West Marion Panthers 0
(Hounds consolation)
The Nebo Bears ended their season by pitching a 34-0 shutout against West Marion in a Hounds consolation game.
Chase Justice had two rushing touchdowns for Nebo. Andrew Boone added one passing and rushing score. Boone connected with Tre Barrier on a 7-yard pass play. Corey Ledford also had a touchdown for the Bears.
Old Fort Vikings 14, Marion-Eastfield Bombers 0
(Dogs championship)
For three quarters of play, both the Old Fort Vikings and Marion-Eastfield Bombers were in an old-fashioned tug-of-war.
But in the end, it was the Vikings who pulled forward, scoring a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns to win the Dogs championship 14-0.
Jacob Kemper broke the stalemate (8-0) at the 6:17 mark in the fourth when he drove in from 7 yards.
Then, on the next play from scrimmage, the Vikings stripped and recovered a fumble inside the Bombers' 45. From there, Old Fort went on a methodical drive, chewing up an extra four minutes of play. Jarrett Dula sealed the Vikings victory with 2:05 left when he scored on a 5-yard run.
West Marion Panthers 8, P.G./North Cove Falcons 6
(Dogs consolation)
The West Marion Panthers picked up an exciting 8-6 win against P.G./North Cove in the Dogs consolation game.
Falcons quarterback Colby Thompson completed an 11-yard touchdown pass to Oakland Mitchell in the first quarter to put P.G./North Cove ahead 6-0.
That score held firm through the next two quarters of play.
But in the fourth, the Panthers were able to answer with a game-winning drive. Casey Ray connected on a 16-yard pass to Tanner Keasler with less than a minute to go. James Moore sealed the victory by running for the conversion.
Glenwood Dragons 28, P.G./North Cove Falcons 20
(Dogs consolation)
The Glenwood Dragons prevailed 28-20 against P.G./North Cove to clinch third place in the Dogs Division playoffs.
Garrett Metcalf threw a pair of touchdown passes for the Dragons. Dylan Lowery scored on a 55-yard touchdown run and Tristan Reel also scored on a 55-yard run to account for all the Glenwood offense.
Kevin Rivas and Oakland Mitchell scored two times each for the Falcons.
