In a recent television panel discussion of the massive government overhaul of the nation's health care system, I heard a most interesting analogy.
If your car has a dead battery, replace the battery, not the whole car.
Simplistic, I know but check out and repair the minor problems first. However, if a family of skunks moves into your vehicle, it might be prudent to replace the whole car. Sort of sounds like congress. See you at the polls.
