Dear Celebrations Customer,
Thank you for your interest in announcing your special occasion in The McDowell News. If you will print out these forms they should help you prepare your announcement, and also show what the various sizes of announcements look like.
You can type the announcement using the forms as a guideline and email it to me at hramsey@mcdowellnews.com, attaching your picture to the email, or you can mail the forms back with your picture.
Please return the forms (or email) and picture no later than 4:30 p.m. the Monday two weeks prior to the date you wish the announcement to appear in the newspaper. Your print date will be determined by the date I receive these items complete.
A date for your announcement can be assigned once we receive your picture and write-up.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you'd like your picture mailed back to you, please supply a self-addressed stamped envelope. Otherwise please come by to pick it up.
