The Marion Christian Academy boys and girls basketball teams had no trouble at all with Harris Chapel, dispatching them easily in both games.
The Lady Knights hammered Harris Chapel 52-6 behind a monster game from Haley Broadwell, who had 24 points and 18 rebounds. Tiffany Watson chipped in with 12 points.
Amber Burch scored eight and Rebecca Mathison added four. Kelsey Jones was a defensive ace, making off with 10 steals.
The boys' game was even more lopsided as MCA cruised 78-7.
Daniel Kehler led the way for the Knights with 22 points and 11 steals. Johnny Wrenn added 11 points and pulled six boards. Freddy Collins joined them in double figures with 10 points.
Casey Hughes (4 steals) scored eight, Cody Hughes (8 steals) added seven and Zach Cotter and Brandon Marsh tossed in six points apiece.
As a team, the Knights collected an amazing 37 steals.
